Project Manager, IT Operations

Responsibilities:
- Project Manage large enterprise level initiatives from early stages through delivery
- Identify and manage risk to the SLA, customer notification and change management, prioritization and schedules
- Monitor overall project progress and report status and next milestones to project stakeholders, executives
- Work with Development, Product Management and Network Operations and Marketing teams to plan and coordinate resources, tasks, environments and roll out.
- Oversee issue resolution and project change management.
- Own capacity models to forecast the delivery schedule for team project portfolio, model costs and scalability in conjunction with the heads of engineering and operations
- Balance priorities across competing teams for resources and deployment timelines
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of project management experience in a professional technology organization.
- High degree of competency within all phases of project management including: issue and risk identification and management, change management, tracking dependencies and milestones, and communication of overall project status.
- Very strong knowledge of software development processes; high availability website operations
- Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated analysis and innovative problem solving skills using a systems thinking approach.
- Experience with successfully implementing large change initiatives within an organization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field a plus
